The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code th of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking correction in the order dated 4 July, 2025 passed by this Court.

th July, 2025, the date of Sale 2.

It is submitted that in the order dated 4 Deed of the petitioner's property has been incorrectly recorded as 11th February, 2025, instead of 11th February, 2005.

th July, 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that paragraph 5 of the order dated 4 2025, shall read the sale deed of the petitioner's property as "11th February, 2005", instead of "11th February, 2025".
