At the outset, it is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is a typographical error in list of dates at page 12 inasmuch as the name Mr Sanjeev Jha, MLA, has been mentioned instead of Mr Saurabh Bhardwaj, MLA.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the notices dated 08.04.2019, 18.04.2019 and 30.04.2019 issued by respondent

no.3. The proceedings against the petitioner relate to publication of certain reports.

The petitioner states that the petitioner has already tendered an unqualified and unconditional apology with regard to not bringing down the said reports from the internet (Youtube) within time. 4.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage as, Mr Ramesh Singh, standing counsel appearing for the GNCTD rightly points out that the proceedings are at a notice stage and no final decision has been taken against the petitioner as yet.

Mr Ramesh Singh further states that notice for a fresh hearing would be issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also states that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the concerned Committee on the date and time as intimated to him. This Court is also informed on behalf of the respondents that the Committee shall consider the petitioner's contentions as well as the unqualified apology tendered by him, before taking any final view.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
