The present Petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-I, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently the issue with regard to the delay in filing of the present Petition has not been set out therein.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Petition addressing the issue of delay, in accordance with law. 4.

The present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
