Learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present writ petition, seeking implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure circulated in January, 2025, be treated by the concerned respondents as a representation and a reasoned order be passed thereon after considering the pleas of the petitioner as raised in the present petition, and if required, a personal hearing shall also be afforded to the representative of the petitioner by the concerned official.
