After some hearing, Mr. Rameshwar Singh Thakur, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to agitate the petitioner's rights before the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"].

It may be noted that the petitioner has already filed proceedings before the Tribunal.

The cause of action agitated in this writ petition may also be agitated before the Tribunal, whether in the pending proceedings or by filing of a fresh O.A., in accordance with law. 4.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
