The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] seeking quashing of FIR No. 855/2025 dated 26.06.2025, registered at Police Station Karol Bagh, District Central, Delhi, under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and all proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement.

After some arguments, Mr. Lovenish Mehndiratta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending CRL.M.C. 3775/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
