Mr. Sanjay Lao, ASC submits that Respondent No.4 i.e., Mr. Kiran Pal Singh (father of petitioner No.1), was contacted by the concerned S.H.O., P.S. Jyoti Nagar and his statement has been recorded wherein he stated that he has no objection to the marriage of petitioner No.1 with petitioner No.2. He was also bound down by a notice u/s 170 Cr,P.C. 3.

It has been further stated that the petitioners have been provided with mobile number of the beat officer.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the beat officer shall remain in regular contact with the petitioners and in case of any emergency, necessary protection shall be provided to them.
