The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 23.01.2019 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal constituted under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. It is seen that the petitioner has an appellate remedy under the said Act against any order passed by the aforementioned Tribunal. 3.
At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appellate remedy(ies). 4.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is clarified that if the petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks from today, the same would be considered uninfluenced by the question of delay.
