The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a notice dated 14.07.2020, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the Additional Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau Of Investigation, Economic Offices Branch on or before 25.07.2020 at the Mumbai Office. The petitioner was also directed to produce certain documents.

In addition to impugning the notice dated 14.07.2020, the petitioner has also sought several other reliefs. However, Mr Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press any other prayers at this stage and reserve the right to further agitate the same at an appropriate stage by filing separate proceedings. 5.

Mr Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the CBI states that the petitioner has been called upon to appear before Mumbai office but considering the travelling restrictions placed on account of outbreak of Covid-19 and the current inclement weather, it is not necessary for the petitioner to do so. He states that an endeavour would be made to make inquiries from the petitioner through video conferencing. He further states that as and when required, fresh notices would be issued to the petitioner. 6.

In view of the above statement, no orders are required to be passed in regard to the petitioner's challenge to the impugned notice dated 14.07.2020. 7.

The petition is disposed of.

It is clarified that all rights and contentions of the parties regarding the issues raised in this petition are reserved.
