The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against unauthorised construction being carried out at property bearing no. H. No. 8-A, Village Devli, New Delhi-110062 (hereinafter 'subject property') 2.

Photographs have been filed along with the writ petition, showing the unauthorised construction being carried out at the subject property. 3.

Mr. Oberoi, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD on advance notice, submits that the subject property has been booked on 12th May, 2026 and a show cause notice has been issued on the same date. He further submits that a work stop notice has also been issued on 13th May, 2026 to SHO, P.S.: Neb Sarai, requesting that the unauthorized construction at the subject property be stopped. have also been sent to the Sub-Registrar's office, as well as to the Delhi Jal Board, to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

All the aforesaid communications have been handed over in Court and permitted to be taken on record.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, while directing the respondent no.1/ MCD to take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 7.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the parties are kept open. 8.

Pending application stands disposed of.
