After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with the liberty that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and decide the matter, preferably within one year. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
