Mr. Nayar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly states that during the pendency of the instant petition CBSE has issued a fresh circular dated 09.08.2024 bearing circular No.11/2024. He, therefore, submits that if the circular dated 09.08.2024 is perused carefully, the same would indicate that the earlier circular which is the subject matter of the instant writ petition stands superseded.
