% 25.01.2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to allocate a new shop in the departure block to the petitioner in lieu of the current shop no.67 for the balance license period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that ever since the buses have been removed from the platform in front of the shop, there has been a drastic reduction in footfall.

It is further stated that similarly situated shopkeepers have been given an alternative shop on similar grounds. A perusal of the file reveals that the order rejecting the petitioner's request is bereft of reasons.

Consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the present writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of

three weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
