% 01.03.2017 Mr.Kishan Nautiyal, learned counsel for the respondent states that the Committee has considered the report submitted by the Visiting Team and has found certain deficiencies. According to him, the said deficiencies have been communicated to the petitioner by way of a show cause notice.

Mr.Sanjay Sharawat states that the show cause notice has been replied by the petitioner on 28th February, 2017. If that be so, it is expected that the respondents shall consider the reply to the show cause notice as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the writ petition, the same is disposed of in the above terms. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MARCH 01, 2017 RN
