This hearing has been held through video-conferencing. 2.

The Petitioner was granted interim bail by the ld. Sessions Judge vide order dated 7th July, 2020 for a period of 30 days on medical grounds. The said period is expiring tomorrow. This petition has been filed seeking extension of interim bail by another 45 days as per the Minutes of the High Powered Committee.

The Petitioner was in custody since 2017, i.e. for more than two years. The finding of the ld. Sessions Judge is that the Petitioner has various medical ailments. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, as also the order dated 31st July 2020, further interim bail is granted to the Petitioner for a further period of 45 days. The Petitioner shall surrender upon the expiry of the said period. No further surety is to be given, however, the terms and conditions as contained in order dated 7th July, 2020 shall be complied by the Petitioner. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
