The petitioners in these cases are residents of Paryavaran Complex, New Delhi, and are aggrieved by a demolition notice dated 27.03.2025. Other residents of the same complex approached this Court against the very same demolition notice, by way of W.P.(C) 4687/2025 [Meenakshi Kapoor v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi], and connected matters, which were disposed of on 15.04.2025 with the following directions: "7.
Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, the petitions are disposed of, with the following directions:
(a) The demarcation report of the land in question be supplied to the petitioners, through their counsel, within one week from today.
(b) The petitioners may file applications under the Indian Forest Act, 1927, before the Additional District Magistrate/Forest Settlement Officer within a period of three weeks thereafter.
(c) The Forest Settlement Officer will dispose of the petitioners' applications in accordance with law, by way of a speaking order.
(d) Until the applications are disposed of, the respondents are directed not to take any further action in terms of the impugned demolition notice.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the rights and contentions of the parties on merits, which remain reserved."

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the petitioners are similarly placed, and these cases are covered by the aforesaid order. 4.
The present petitions are disposed of in terms of the directions in paragraph 7 of the order dated 15.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 4988/2025 submits that the respondents must also be bound by the decision of the Supreme Court in In Re: Directions in the matter of demolition of structures [WP (C) 295/2022 and connected matters, decided on 13.11.2024]. As the direction has already been given for disposal of their representations in accordance with law, naturally all applicable judgments of the Supreme Court will also have to be followed.
