In view of our order passed today in W.P.(C) 2400/2025, we direct that while taking decision in terms of the said order, the competent authority of the Public Works Department (PWD) shall take decision on the representation said to have been preferred by the petitioner in this writ petition (Annexure 3, 4 and 5 dated 01.03.2025, 20.03.2025 and 07.04.2025, respectively) as well. 3.
