1. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 72/2023 registered at PS Alipur, Delhi under Sections 377/34 IPC and 4/6 POCSO Act and 67 of IT Act.

2. The anticipatory bail was dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 03.02.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegations against the accused/petitioner are that he sent one video through his facebook ID of the alleged act committed with the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged facebook ID does not pertain to petitioner.

6. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner did not join the investigation even once and has even been declared P.O. on 11.05.2023 by the learned Trial Court.

7. I have gone through the order dated 03.02.2023 as well as the contents of the FIR, taking into the account the gravity of the allegations and seriousness of the offence and the fact that petitioner has not joined the investigation even once and has already been declared P.O. there is no ground for grant of anticipatory bail, hence the present application is dismissed.
