Petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C have been filed for quashing of Complaint Case under Section 138 read with Section 142 N.I Act along with consequential proceedings pending in the Court of learned M.M. 2.

dated 02.11.2018 but the petitions have been filed on 15.04.2024. 3.

Whatever be the language in which it is found, it is evident that it is the Summoning Order of 2018 of learned M.M which is sought to be challenged in 2024. The petition suffers from delay and laches. 4.

There is an alternate efficacious remedy available with the petitioner to file the Revision before the learned Additional Sessions Judge against the Summoning Order dated 02.11.2018.

In view of above, the present petitions along with the pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the learned Additional Sessions Judge by way of Revision.
