A decree was passed in the suit on 10th March, 2025 in terms of prayer clauses 40(a), 40(b), 40(c), 40(d) and 40(e) of the plaint. The only issue remaining was with regard to the aspect of costs. 2.

Mr. M.K. Miglani, on instructions from the Director of the defendant no. 1 company, Mr. Prashant Manchanda, who is present in Court today, submits that defendants are willing to pay the costs of ₹ 3 lakhs to the plaintiff. The aforesaid costs shall be paid within thirty (30) days. 2.1.

If the costs are not paid within the aforesaid period, the defendants shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a.

is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 4.
