For the grounds and reasons stated in the application the same is allowed and the main writ petition is called on the board for final disposal today itself with the consent of counsel for the parties. 2.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 1241/2025 3.

Through the present writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: "I. To transfer the investigation of the above stated case/FIR No. 1 "BNSS"

65/2025 and case/ FIR 66/2025 both registered at P.S- Rohini (South) Delhi, to some other independent unit of investigation of Delhi Police or any other investigating agency for fair investigation." 4.

The Petitioner's apprehension for seeking a transfer of the subject FIRs is that Respondent No. 4, who is the accused in FIR No. 65/2025 and the Complainant in FIR No. 66/2025, is working with Delhi Police. Therefore, he has a reasonable apprehension that the investigation in the said cases may not be fair.

Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, ASC for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, states on instructions that the investigation in the FIR No. 65/2025 has already been completed and a chargesheet to this effect has been filed before the concerned Court. Likewise, the investigation in FIR No. 66/2025 also stands complete and the chargesheet is presently under scrutiny, which shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 6.

Pertinently, in terms of the Petitioner's apprehension regarding an unfair investigation, Mr. Ansari points out that in fact Respondent No. 4 has been named as an accused in the final report in FIR No. 65/2025, which has been filed before the Trial Court under Section 193 of the BNSS. 7.

In light of the above developments, since the investigation in the subject FIRs now stands completed, the Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought in the present writ petition.

It is made clear that in case the Petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation carried out by Respondent No. 1, they shall be free to approach the concerned Magistrate for appropriate directions, in accordance with law. 9.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
