By way of the instant petition, the petitioner prays for the protection to the life and liberty from respondent nos. 5 to 7 on the ground that they have allegedly been abusing and threatening to kill him. 4.

Issue noticed. Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is satisfied with this arrangement.
