Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the Apex Body of the society in question, namely, National Federation of State Bank of India SC/ST Employees has on 31.08.2020 appointed an observer for the elections which are proposed to be held on 12.09.2020 for respondent No.2/ Association.

A copy of this letter has been shared on the screen by the learned counsel for respondent No.2. Let the copy of the same be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that nothing further survives in the petition. The said submission is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner reserves his liberty to take steps as per law, in case, there is some problem in

conducting the elections.
