Issue appropriate direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and call for the records of the petition filed under Section 12 of the PWDV Act filed before the learned Family Court, South East District, Saket Court, and decide the issue of maintainability of the petition under Section 12 of the PWDV Act, in exercise of the powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India;
b. Family Court, South East District, Saket Court, to forthwith decide the pending objections on the issue of maintainability of the petition filed under Section 12 of the PWDV Act in G.P. No. 24 of 2021, in compliance with the Judgment dated 24.08.2023 of this Hon'ble Court, within a time-bound period. c. Pass any further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
