The instant petition has been filed for grant of bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.193/2023 dated 04.05.2023 registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 & 471 IPC.

Since this Court has quashed the said FIR in CRL.M.C. 1599/2024 on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes, nothing survives in the present petition.

In view of the above, petition is disposed of as infructuous along with pending application(s), if any.
