This application has been filed on behalf of the State for the petition to be taken up for hearing today itself, as the missing girl has been recovered and is produced before us today in Court. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the petition is taken up for hearing today itself.

The minor daughter has been recovered and has been produced before us.

The learned Standing Counsel has also handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 18.05.2026, which states that her statement has been recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS before the learned JMFC, Tis Hazari Courts, and her counselling and medical examination has also been conducted. The minor girl is now in the custody of the petitioner.

The Status Report is taken on record.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition.
