% 09.05.2017 The learned counsel for the decree holder fairly concedes that because of valuation of the suit, this execution petition has to be sent to the learned District and Sessions Judge for the execution of the decree.

It is pointed out that a connected petition i.e., Ex. P. No. 36/2010 Parag P. Tripathi v. Darshan Lal Kapil also for the same reasons has to be sent to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge for its execution. Since the property is situated at Bengali Market, New Delhi, the concerned court would be New Delhi District.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi Patiala House Courts on 29.05.2017 for direction.
