The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the order dated 18th March, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in CS/SCJ/3375/2019, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant under Section 151 of the CPC has been dismissed.

Upon the petitioner taking necessary steps, let notice be issued to the respondent through all permissible modes returnable on 22nd September, 2026.

It is made clear that there is no stay of proceedings before the learned Trial Court.
