% 28.05.2019 CM APPL. 25911/2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. We have heard learned counsels for the parties. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 14.05.2019 to the extent that the respondents be directed to issue a final order on the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner within two weeks. Counsel for the respondents states that it would not be possible to pass the final orders within two weeks considering the fact that the officers of the respondents were sent on election duty and also in view of the fact that as the summer break is in progress, some officials will not be available.

Considering the aforesaid, we direct the respondents to complete the proceedings and pass the final orders within the next eight weeks from today.

The application stands disposed of.
