This application has been filed on behalf of applicant Dolat Ram S/o Sh. Thakur Das under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.186/2023 dated 01.05.2023 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at PS: Vijay Vihar.

Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP states that order on point of charge has been passed by the Trial Court on 27.03.2024 and the case is next listed on 22.05.2024 for arguments on framing of charges. Copy of the order dated 27.03.2024 is handed over in Court and is taken on record. She further states that interim bail was granted to the applicant on 20.09.2023 to enable the parties to explore the possibility of amicable settlement and parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre but mediation has failed and therefore there is no ground to continue the interim bail.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the Trial Court and the interim bail be continued for a further period of three weeks. 4.

Present application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take recourse to remedies available in law. Interim bail granted vide order dated 20.09.2023 is extended by a further period of three weeks from today, at the end of which applicant shall surrender, subject to any other order that may be passed in the meantime in his favour, in this behalf. 5.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
