The learned counsel for the applicant submits that only one eye witness remains to be examined. He submits that he is hopeful that the evidence will be concluded within a period of four to five months.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh in case the trial is not concluded expeditiously. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
