The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the examination of the prosecution witnesses is already completed. He submits that the matter is now listed for defence evidence and he is hopeful that the matter would be concluded within a period of six months. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and approach this Court if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months. 3.
The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
