The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 16.01.2019 passed by the District Magistrate under Section 22

(3) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009, whereby the District Magistrate had directed the petitioner, her authorized representative, assignees, including tenants to vacate the premises in question (B-30, Anup Nagar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-110059). 2.

It is pointed out that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal before the Divisional Commissioner under Rule 22(3)(4) of the said Rules. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies. It is further directed that in the event the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of two

weeks from today, the same would be considered by the Divisional Commissioner uninfluenced by the question of delay. 4.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
