This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased:

A. To issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the by the Office of Commandant - 153 Bn, CRPF, Chinnakodepa1, Bijapur, Chhattisgarh;

B. To issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to bring on record all relevant Documents pertaining to the Petitioner's case;

To issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in the service with consequential seniority and other benefits duly accruing to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. There is no dispute after the order dated March 23, 2023 was passed by the Commandant terminating the services of the petitioner, the petitioner has availed the remedy of appeal before the IG, CRPF, Chattishgarh. So, both the authorities being at Chattisgarh, this Court lacks the territorial jurisdiction.

Appropriate shall be for the petitioner to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction for the relief sought in the present petition. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states, she shall withdraw the petition and approach the Court of competent jurisdiction. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. V.
