In deference to the Court's directions in W.P.(C) 5750/2024, Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has claimed a sum of Rs.2,05,50,854/- (Rupees Two Crore Five Lakh Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Four Only) and the admissible amount of Rs.2,01,18,921/- has been paid. Paragraph nos.1 to 3 of the said affidavit is extracted as under:

"1. That I the above named deponent, have perused the writ petition and also gone through the records maintained at the Office of the Deputy Commisioner (North-West) and being well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and competent to swear this affidavit and competent to depose herein.

That out of the total claimed amount by the petitioner of Rs. 2,05,50,854/- (Rupees Two Crore Five Lakh Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Four only), admissible amount of Rs. 2,01,18,921/- (Rupees Two Crore One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One only) has already been paid to the petitioners."

In view thereof, the substantial grievance is mitigated. Petition stands disposed of.

If the petitioner claims any further amount, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
