% 15.01.2020 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the additional affidavit in terms of the last order has been filed, though, as per the office report it is not filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the FDRs, subject matter of the contempt petition have since been de-frozen and therefore, he has instructions to state that the contempt proceedings are not required to be pursued any further. The additional affidavit stated to have been filed, if not returned, be taken on record.
