The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorized construction carried out in the properties bearing Plot No.8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, H.No.895, C-5, Ward No.8, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD who appears on advance notice submits that sealing action has already been taken qua the properties in question. It is further submitted that the demolition action with regard to the unauthorised construction referred to in the petition is also in the process of being taken.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD states that the appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken expeditiously to remove the unauthorised construction in question.

Taking the above statement on record and binding the respondent/MCD thereto, the present petition alongwith the pending application stands disposed of.
