Learned counsel for the parties have alluded to the order dated 30.05.2023.

Having heard them, the grievance of the petitioner is that despite clear directions vide order dated 24.05.2019 passed by the learned Mahila Court that the respondent shall make the payment of maintenance charges @ Rs.1lac per month, the same has been reduced to Rs.50,000/- per month.

The order in question is clearly executable as per the law and the learned Mahila Court has ample powers to ensure the compliance of its directions. It is pointed out that the execution proceedings have already been filed by the petitioner as well. 4.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies before the learned Mahila Court in accordance with law.
