O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorised and illegal construction upon property bearing Khasra No.

353/149 Sayed-ul-ajaib, Paryavaran Complex, Opposite Vidya Sagar Hospial, IGNOU Road, New Delhi-110030.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that the property in question has been booked on 12.04.2024 in the shape of unauthorised construction on "stilt and ground floor". He further submits that the "work-stop" notice has been issued on 18.04.2024 and necessary communications to the concerned Sub-Registrar of the properties, Delhi Jal Board and BSES Rajdhani Power Limited have been sent in view of the unauthorised construction that has been noticed in the property in question. 3.

including the demolition of the unauthorised construction, shall be taken by the respondent/MCD expeditiously.

Taking the above statement on record and binding the respondent/MCD thereto, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.

It is further directed that the representation of the petitioner for preservation of the trees standing in the properties in question shall be duly considered by the respondent no.2 i.e. Principal Chief Conservator, Forest Department, GNCTD.

Respondent no.3/DJB is also directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner regarding the presence of illegal borewell in the property in question, and take necessary action with regard thereto.
