After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present petition which raises a grievance as regards unauthorised construction in property bearing no. B-47, Gali no.l8 Chattarpur enclave, New Delhi-110074 be treated as a representation, which may be decided by the respondent/MCD, under the written intimation to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.

If any action is warranted qua the unauthorised construction referred to in the petition, the same shall be taken by the respondent/MCD in accordance with law.

The present petition alongwith pending application/s stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid directions.
