The present petition has been filed to appoint an arbitrator substituting the sole arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2026. 2.
Mr. Pratham Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in an earlier petition filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the Act') this Court vide order dated 10.02.2026 had appointed the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 3.
The said learned sole arbitrator after filing his declaration in terms of Section 12 of the Act, recused himself from the proceedings on 18.03.2026, thereby necessitating the institution of present petition. 4.
In view of the above, issue notice. Mr. Firoz Khan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent accepts notice. 5.
He affirms the aforesaid facts and state that he has no objection in case the arbitrator is substituted.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned sole arbitration appointed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 18/05/2026 at 12:06:33
this Court vide order dated 10.02.2026 is terminated and Mr. Tushar Mehra (Mobile No: 9717471680, Email: advocatetusharmehra@gmail.com) is appointed as arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 7.
The arbitration will be held under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi - 110003 ["DIAC"] and shall be governed by the Rules of DIAC including as to the remuneration of the learned Arbitrator. The DIAC may register the case forthwith.

The learned Arbitrator is requested to furnish a declaration under Section 12 of the Act prior to entering upon the reference. 9.
It is made clear that all rights and contentions of the parties are left open for adjudication by the learned Arbitrator. 10.
Petition stands disposed of.
