The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to de-seal the property bearing No.6 and 8, First and Third Floors, Shiva Market, Khureji Khas, Delhi-110031 which has been sealed by the Respondents on the ground that child labour was being engaged in the said premises.

It is stated that the property in question was given on tenancy. It is stated that Petitioner No.1 is the owner of the first floor of the property in question having 5 rooms and out of which the Petitioner No.1 had rented out one room to Mohd. Arif. It is stated that the Petitioner No.2 is the owner of third floor of the property in question and the same was rented out to Sh. Sunil Kumar, Mohd. Mumtaz and Mohd. Zakir and the tenants were involved in engaging the child labour in the said premises. 3.

No Rent Deed has been placed on record to show that the property in question was indeed given on tenancy. It is also a disputed question of fact as to in which of the rooms, the child labour was being engaged. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed, along with pending application(s), if any.
