The present petition seeks following prayer:

"Pass an order for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to the Respondents for issuance of the passport of the Petitioner namely Master Aarth Anuradha Naugraiya at the earliest."

Ms. Monika Arora, CGSC on behalf of Respondents, states that prayer sought in the present petition stands redressed as passport bearing No. C0481644 has since been issued in the name of Master Aarth Anuradha Naugraiya.

In light of the above, the Court finds that no further directions are required to be issued. The present petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s).
