% 21.03.2016 Mr. Ravi Kumar who appears in person states that he had filed an application before the Tribunal and had sought an apology. The petitioner has filed before us a copy of this application tendering unconditional apology to the members of the Bench of the Tribunal and seeking withdrawal of MA No.1006/2016 in which completely unacceptable and objectionable words and comments were made. The petitioner further undertakes that he will never again use any objectionable expression against a Court or Tribunal. Mr. Ravi Kumar states that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition and will move an application seeking early hearing of OA No.2205/2015.
We accept the statement made by Mr. Ravi Kumar and the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid undertaking given by the petitioner is accepted and he shall be bound
