BAIL APPLN. 2331/2020 The applicants vide the present application seek the grant of bail in relation to FIR No.522/2020, PS Palam Airport under Sections 186/353/332/341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Inter alia it has been submitted on behalf of the applicants that the applicants are not even named in the FIR and as they are women they be thus, allowed to be released on bail.
