Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the NCERT is covered by a Notification under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, Petition will not be maintainable in this Court. He thus seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
