O R D E R

% 09.01.2020 The matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2019 in terms as mentioned in Clause 1 to 6 of the said Agreement. It is stated the said Settlement Agreement was entered into between the parties voluntarily and without any undue influence from any corner. It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant shall honour all post-dated cheques given to the respondent and as mentioned in clause 3 of the Settlement Agreement.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2019. The pending applications are also disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled in the Mediation Centre, the

appellant shall be entitled to the refund of the court fees as per Court Fees Act.

No order as to costs.
