Notice was issued on the present appeal on 20.9.2019, returnable before the Registrar on 03.12.2019, for completion of service in the appeal and service and pleadings in the miscellaneous applications. 2.

A perusal of the order sheets show that none has appeared on behalf of the appellant for the past three dates, nor has process fee been filed by the appellant to effect service on the respondent. Position remains the same today. None is present on behalf of the appellant today. 3.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications.
