The present Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant-Insurance Company seeking direction to the Registry to return the statutory deposit along with interest.

The Appeal preferred by the Appellant-Insurance has already been dismissed vide Order dated 23.08.2024, however, no directions were given to return of the statutory deposit to the Appellant-Insurance Company. 3.

Submissions heard.

In view of above, the application is allowed, the Registry is directed to return the statutory deposit along with accrued interest to the Appellant-Insurance Company.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
