This petition has been filed by the petitoner with the following prayers:

"a) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent, DG CISF, New Delhi, to post the petitioner in his home sector units at any other NCR Units in terms of the circular dated 25.9.2017 as he is now in his fourth tenure of posting. Or in the alternative b) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent, DG CISF, New Delhi, to post the petitioner at any CISF Airport units within eastern sector , like Varanasi, Gaya, Patna or Central Sector Unit Bhopal and Indore or other plant or industry units and in the alternate at any units within Eastern Sector, or central sector in terms of the circular dated 25.9.2017 as he is now in his second tenure of service. c) Quash and set aside the order dated 12.3.2024 and 23.3.2024, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. qua the petitioner, wherein petitioner has been transferred from the present Unit of DMRC Delhi to ASG Kochi e after ignoring his entitlement to remain at any of the Home Sector Units. d) Direct the respondent to follow their policy guidelines while posting aged CISF personnel in Airport Sector Units. e) Direct the respondents to pay cost of this litigation to the petitioner.

f) Any other further order/relief which is Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and as against the respondent."

One of the submissions of Mr. Sureshan is that the respondents may consider the representation filed by the petitioner and decide the same. 3.

We have been informed by the counsel for the respondents that representation with regard to his posting in Home Sector has been looked into in terms of the policy. As he does not come within the merit for being posted within the Home Sector, the same is liable to be rejected. He states that the reasons for rejecting the representation shall be conveyed to the petitioner within 10 days from today.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this petition, the same is dismissed.
